At Somerset Clinic, our General Paediatrics service offers comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and teenagers. Our doctors focus on early diagnosis, preventive health and ongoing support to help every child grow healthy.

We manage a wide range of childhood conditions, including fever and infection cases, cough and all related chest cases, Asthma, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia in children, Chronic lung disease post neonatal intensive care unit care, heart conditions such as heart murmurs and abnormal heart rhythm, neurological conditions such as developmental delay and concerns about development, fine motor and gross motor (movements) assessment and management, allergies, constipation, bowel problems including diarrhoea, failure to thrive (not gaining weight) or gaining too much weight. nutritional issues including deficiencies, sports injuries, minor injuries that need stitching, bandaging under local anaesthesias, skin rashes and infections. Families also visit us for vaccinations, travel advice developmental assessments and regular health check-ups.

Each consultation is designed to make children feel comfortable and to give parents the confidence they need. Our doctors take time to listen, answer questions and provide treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.

We also coordinate care with hospitals whenever a child requires further care such as inpatient’s care and admission , children can be admitted to local hospital under our team’s supervision and care in hospital so we ensure complete cycle of care.
